Dissemination events are currently ongoing, with the first multiplier events already taking place to present and discuss the Joy in Sports project with invited stakeholders.
In Finland, a nationwide dissemination event was held in Turku, bringing together 60 participants from the field of sports. The atmosphere was highly positive, with strong interest in the Joy in Sports project. Participants were eager to learn more about the project’s first results, as well as its core ideas — the “why, what, and who” — and its use of art-based methods.
In Estonia, a dissemination event took place in Tallinn with 70 participants representing different target groups, including the Ministry of Culture, the Estonian Olympic Committee, and various sports federations and clubs. This event was part of a larger seminar titled “Kas varajane edu aitab või segab? Noortetulemused ja tee täiskasvanute tippu. Kuidas motiveerida treenereid ja sportlasi.” (Does early success help or hinder? Youth results and the path to elite adult performance. How to motivate coaches and athletes).
